Even when partnering with customers to pioneer new methods of material handling, Laidig remains committed to our guarantee. We won’t walk away from problems – whether they are yours or ours. If we design, build, and install your material handling system, we guarantee it will work. It’s that simple.

Two and three year extended warranties are available to customers who also purchase a three-year preventative maintenance contract and the recommended spare parts package. The extended warranty must be purchased prior to start up of the materials handling system.

Extended warranties do not include replaceable wear items, and require that the system be operated and maintained as originally specified.
