In the fall of 2007, the French company known as "Starvrac" went bankrupt and was liquidated.  An American company purchased the rights and intellectual properties of Starvrac.  They established a company called Action Unloaders.  They began marketing their reclaimers as "Action Unloaders featuring Starvrac technology".

In January of 2010, Action Unloaders was dissolved.  Laidig has since acquired the Starvrac rights and intellectual properties.
