Training

Laidig provides on-site training during both “dry” start-up and system commissioning (“wet” start-up). Additional training is recommended approximately six months after commissioning, as well as any time that operational personnel are added or changed.

During training, Laidig field technicians will provide instructions on materials management, operation, maintenance, control systems, and safety. Each of these areas is critical to keep your materials handling system is in optimal operating condition.

Service & Support

Our Customer Service Team is committed to total system support for the lifetime of the system. Our help desk personnel provides free telephone consultation, and is there to ensure that the right parts and services are provided in a timely fashion.

We can expedite rush orders via UPS Next Day, FedEx Next Day Air and Freight Hot Shot. Our new in-house call center handles both domestic and international calls, allowing us to track and manage customers’ requests more efficiently.

Laidig Field Service Technicians are available for on-site service and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits.

Spare parts packages are provided at a discounted rate.

Extended warranties are also available.

Safety & Quality

At Laidig, safety is not an after-thought; it is integral to all we do. Laidig holds regular job-site safety meetings to ensure a safe and healthy work environment with zero incidents for the duration of the entire project. Laidig provide a job-site safety director, or can work under the direction of the safety director designated for the project.

All Laidig field supervisors and technicians are OHSH 30-hour certified, MSHA Part 46 certified, Manlift/Forklift certified, Lockout-Tagout certified, and Confined-Space certified.

Laidig’s Safety Manual and Laidig’s Quality Assurance Manual are both kept up to date, and strictly adhered to.
