We are a flexible, “can-do” organization, committed to providing the highest quality service that you expect and deserve.

Our Field Service team knows how to get the job done because of their first-hand experience helping customers in their own environments. Laidig Service Technicians are heavily involved in the project process, whether it's before, during, or after site visits and installations.

We have an in-house Field Service presence as well, helping you remotely troubleshoot solutions and solve material handling challenges. We can also help schedule valuable learning experiences for your teams, like on-site reclaimer operation and maintenance training.
